
Al Mansell is a visionary leader whose impact has shaped the Utah real estate industry and beyond. In 1974, Al founded Mansell and Associates, which grew to become the largest independent real estate brokerage in Utah. Under his leadership, the company became synonymous with trust, professionalism, and innovation. In 1998, Mansell and Associates became the first real estate brokerage in Utah to receive the Better Business Bureau’s Ethics in Business Award, a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to integrity.
After selling Mansell and Associates to Coldwell Banker in 2001, Al expanded his leadership influence by serving as president of the Utah State Senate from 2000-2004 and the National Association of Realtors in 2005. These roles showcased his dedication to fostering excellence and trust within the real estate community and beyond.
Today, Al continues to leave his mark as a member of the board of directors for Mansell Capital, where he brings decades of experience and a passion for innovation to the family’s growing ventures. Al also volunteers hours as a board of director of Neuroworx, founding officer of the Utah Sports Commission, and chair of the Central Utah Water Project. Al’s legacy is defined by his contributions to real estate, public service, and his commitment to building a foundation of excellence for future generations.
